SPAR Hvide Sande is looking for a committed and skilled Assistant Manager who can contribute to the daily management and continued development of our store at the harbor. We are a store in constant growth and change, and we need a managerial and collaborative person who thrives in a busy and dynamic environment.

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our Store Manager and the rest of the team where your primary tasks will be to:
– Assist the Store Manager with the daily operation and management of the store
– Motivate and lead the staff so that we always deliver high customer service
– Ensure that the store looks presentable and follows the store standards
– Be co-responsible for ordering, inventory management and optimization of store operations
– Take part in developing the store’s future plans together with the Store Manager
